I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit. During the call, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and you’ll get a sense of how I work and my approach. From there, we can decide if you’d like to schedule an appointment based on your comfort and whether I can provide the support you’re looking for. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I’m happy to help connect you with someone who may be a better match.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What are your fees?
My rate for a 50–60 minute individual session is $175, and my rate for a 50–60 minute couples session is $200. Credit card is preferred, but cash/checks are also accepted. I offer a sliding scale for clients who are in a season where finances feel like a barrier to accessing support.
Do you accept insurance?
I am not on any insurance panels at this time. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement consideration.
What is your cancellation policy?
To make sure I can show up fully for all my clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I also know life happens, so each client gets one “life-happens pass” per year for a late cancellation or no-show. After that, late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full session fee. My hope is to keep things easy and comfortable for both of us, so please just let me know as soon as you can if something comes up!
