This is your healing. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident with the person supporting you.

 

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit. During the call, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and you’ll get a sense of how I work and my approach. From there, we can decide if you’d like to schedule an appointment based on your comfort and whether I can provide the support you’re looking for. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I’m happy to help connect you with someone who may be a better match.​

COMMON QUESTIONS

What are your fees?

My fee for a 50-minute individual session is $200, and my rate for a 50-minute couples session is $250. I accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held.

I offer a sliding scale for clients who are in a season where finances feel like a barrier to accessing support. Sessions typically occur weekly. There are times when it is appropriate to meet more or less frequently based on the client’s current needs. 

Do you accept insurance?

I am not on any insurance panels. However, I accept PPO health insurance plans as an “out-of-network” provider. I will provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The insurance company will then reimburse you directly.
 
This means that you will be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of each scheduled appointment. It is very helpful to check with your insurance company in advance to find out what your coverage is for therapy services with an out-of-network provider.

What is your cancellation policy?

To make sure I can show up fully for all my clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance or they will be held responsible for paying the standard fee.
 
The policy does not take into account unusual or unexpected services that prevent a client from attending a scheduled session. My hope is to keep things easy and comfortable for both of us, so please just let me know as soon as you can if something comes up!

The office is located in Hermosa Beach, CA, offering services to clients in Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, and the rest of the South Bay.
