Simply print and cut out the prompts, attach them to your own wooden stacking blocks using tape or glue, and you're ready to play! Each time a block is removed, the client answers the question on the block.

Prompts explore topics including emotions, coping skills, friendships, family, school, self-esteem, and more — creating opportunities for meaningful conversation while still entering a child's world through play.

For best results, print at 100% / Actual Size to maintain the intended dimensions. You can print at home or through a local printing service. Regular printer paper works, or you can choose a heavier paper depending on your preference.
